Pre-Wedding Day Services :
- There will be an initial consultation with your wedding coordinator to discuss your vision, vendor recommendations, and wedding planning timeline
- Your wedding coordinator will provide you with a Wedding Checklist to help eliminate the stress and keep you organized
- Our qualified Preferred Vendor List will be provided to you, and we will be available for recommendations throughout the entire planning process
- Your wedding coordinator will check in with you monthly (starting at point of contract), to help with recommendations or advice
- Your wedding coordinator will follow up with you three months prior to your big day, and will help you tie up any loose ends and work with you to finalize all your details
- Your wedding coordinator will conduct an initial and final venue walk-through with you and any necessary vendors
- Your wedding coordinator will review all your vendor contracts for accuracy. NOTE: You are responsible for negotiating and signing vendor contracts, as well as all payments
- Your wedding coordinator will help you create your wedding day schedule, seating chart, and setup diagrams
- Your wedding coordinator will confirm your hired vendor arrival and departure times, setup details, and send any relevant directions, load-in and parking information
- Your wedding coordinator will create a Master Timeline and distribute the timeline and setup diagram to all your vendors and venue(s)
- Your wedding coordinator will coordinate and manage your rehearsal
- Your wedding coordinator coordinator will meet with you prior to your wedding day to collect set-up items and final vendor payments and/or gratuities
Wedding Day Services:
- Your wedding coordinator and assistant coordinator will oversee all vendor arrivals and setup
- Your wedding coordinator will setup of any all details that are not handled by a specific vendor – i.e. personal items, décor, place cards, seating chart, guestbook, menu cards, cake topper, table numbers, wedding favors, etc. at both ceremony and reception site, and ensure each site is set up to couple’s expectations
- Your wedding coordinator will confirm possession of the rings and marriage certificate prior to the ceremony
- Your wedding coordinator will confirm the tables are set properly with centerpieces, glassware, flatware, and the correct number of seats at each table
- Your wedding coordinator will review the food and beverage menu and schedule with the catering manager or banquet captain
- Your wedding coordinator will Coordinate with the bridal party and all involved in the ceremony
- Your wedding coordinator will cue the music during the ceremony
- Your wedding coordinator will transfer any needed items from the ceremony site to the reception site
- Your wedding coordinator will help direct guests from the ceremony to the cocktail hour and reception
- Your wedding coordinator will greet guests at the reception and assist them in finding their tables
- Your wedding coordinator will review the timeline with DJ / MC / band, as well as with the venue, catering and beverage staff
- Your wedding coordinator will assemble the bridal party for the grand entrance
- Your wedding coordinator will remain the point of contact for any questions or concerns during the ceremony and reception
- Your wedding coordinator will facilitate and maintain the timeline throughout the wedding
- Your wedding coordinator will help distribute final payments and/or gratuities to all vendors on your behalf
- Your wedding coordinator will collect all cards, gifts, and personal items into one area for friends and/or family to transport. NOTE: We are not responsible for transporting your personal items after the wedding.
- Your wedding coordinator will oversee vendor break down, make sure all vendors exit properly, that rentals are picked up, and check out with the venue operations team
